Dear Mr. Carriere,

I have not gotten a chance yet to thank you for every thing you have done for my family, and the Light House Mission for what it done for my brother Brian Armstrong. Me and every one of the members of my family agreed that the last time we had spoken to Brian he had never sounded better and happier when he was with you. I looked up to Brian every day, he is actually the reason I am a mariner officer today, but I never got a chance to let him know that, I am sure there are a lot of things I am going to regret not saying to him, like just hugging him and telling him how proud I was to have him in my life. Brian would have wanted to hear that, so I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for what you done for him, its not every day that a man willingly chooses to turn his life around also an orginzation that is willing to do what it takes to make that change possible! Thank you so very much and god bless you!!
                                                             Capt.F.M. Gorman
